GenieOS Relay

Use MailGenius-managed delivery when you want the fastest connector setup and the deepest native event support.

GenieOS Relay is the managed delivery path. Use it when you want GenieOS to own provider setup, webhook ingestion, event normalization, and default suppression handling.

Before you start

  • Confirm the sending domain you want to use in the workspace.
  • Add the DNS records shown in the domain setup flow.
  • Decide which templates should use Relay once the domain is verified.

Webhooks and suppressions

Relay events are already MailGenius-native, so there is no provider webhook to configure. Subscribe your application to GenieOS webhooks if you need events in your own system.

Troubleshooting

  • If sends stay blocked, check that DNS has propagated and the domain is verified.
  • If recipients do not receive test mail, check suppressions and spam folders before changing the connector.
  • If you need a provider-specific dashboard, use one of the ESP connectors instead of Relay.

Relay is the recommended first connector for new workspaces because it has no external provider credential step.
